Your feet if you hit feet first, the sidewalk if you go head first ! But I hope you talk to somebody before jumping. Actually most jumpers block their mind or they think and pray that someone will see them and stop them.

You've never been suicidal, have you? If you've gone to the effort of getting to the 50th floor of some building and crawled out onto a ledge, you are pretty damned committed to ending your life. It's a thoroughly selfish act, completely focused on putting a stop to you misery, and uncluttered with a lot of sentimental bull $h!t about loved ones and happy memories. In short, nothing comes to mind before you go except relieving your pain. What might be really interesting is to learn what "comes to mind" immediately after you step off. 50 floors gives you a lot of time to think.
