Those were the days my friend, we thought they'd never end, but here we are many moons away. That was the year I graduated high school. A special year, a special summer, the best music. We've come along way and it has been a splendid journey. The rock still beats on. Blessings to you!

oh man good times oh man all i really remember was janis joplin and jimi hendrix and the grateful dead they had a saying back then "if you remember all of woodstock you werent there", lots of drugs too. the first one was the only good one though

it was probably the most significant thing that has ever happened in outdoor concerts. it was definately anti-vietnam, but it was cool when pete townsend kicked abbey hoffman off the stage. the music came first.
