Go there yourself, i mean rocket technology isn't that hard to build, look at German V-2 rockets there like the dinosaurs of rockets but if you build a big enough one and there you go, instant astronaut but the thing that might get you is fuel prices but they have whole sale depots for everything these day's even fuel depots. Heck now a days you can find rocket worthy equipment in the scrap yards, but if choose to go yourself think of something to say for the history books.

The help that can be rendered is not to punder the resources on this earth so that it can last long. Presence in space is not going to be immediate. Hence conserve the resources which will give hope to the mankind that they will last long to conquer the space.
