1000+ lebanese dead
130+ Israeli's dead
How many more have to die, for the people in power to quench their thirst for blood?
Pancaked homes, blasted walls, rubble, starving cats and trapped corpses.
Far from humiliating Iran and Syria - which was the Israeli-American plan.

Despite the boastful proclamations of Iraq and Syria, reminiscent of those after each Arab-Israeli war, Israel succeeded in seriously disrupting Hizbollah's offensive capability and their ability to resupply.
You are looking at this as an outsider. Put yourself in the shoes of an Israeli. Despite Israel having withdrawn from Lebanon six years ago, Hizbollah continued attacking across the border, killing and kidnapping soldiers, and firing on civilians. Their avowed goal is to destroy Israel.
Can you really expect Israel to allow Hizbollah to make the nothern third of the country unihabitable? Every nation has a right to self-defense, including Israel. It's not Israel's fault if Hizbollah buried their infrastructure inside civilian villages and towns.

Well those Lebanese should have pointed out the terrorist Hezzbollah and all this could have been avoided. Also If the cowardly Hezzs' had stood out and fought like men instead of hiding behind innocent people and fighting like cockroaches facing the exterminator by ducking behind walls of innocent people all this could have been avoided. YEA YEA GO O" ISREAL GO

Don't you think an Israeli feels pain?
Don't you think an Israeli bleeds when they are shot?
Don't you think an Israeli mother cries when a son or daughter gets killed?
Don't you think a wife cries when a husband gets killed?
I wonder what you would do if someone threw bricks at you for years?
I wonder if you would just smile and say, "That's okay! I still love you?"
Of course not. - and nor would anyone else.

No. Isreal was once again not allowed to finish the job. Your idea of 'peace' is just another chance for terrorists to stock up on ammunition.
Hint: How many 'cease fires' have lebanon and israel had over the last 20 years? Will hezbollah NEVER attack again? Do some research.

It was worth it to the Israelis. I cannot imagine what they go through on a daily basis being confronted on all sides by terrorists and those who seek their blood. If Arab nations wish to cease having trouble with Israel, they need to stop agressing against their neighbors and stop harboring terrorists.

Yeah, let's forget that it was a Muslim terrorist group that started this war. Let's forget that Lebanon was supposed to disarm them six years ago but instead chose to honey up to them. Let's forget that Israel was only doing what it had to keep its own people from being murdered. If we forget all that your view might make sense. But since I refuse to forget all that I clearly see you as the America hating anti-Semite that you are.
