I tripped half a dozen times when I was 16 and half a dozen times in my 30's, always on blotter. I only hallucinated strongly as a teen, I saw Fred Flinstone, in my dads basement I saw golden jail bars and once I saw a coo-coo-bird fly out of a clock, around the room and back in. When I tripped in my 30's it was usually at a Grateful Dead concert and I saw trails and was stoned out of my mind but real things were exagerated, such as trails & shadows & lights, but I didn't see Barney Rubble.
Now 48, I don't even smoke pot anymore (which I never thought I'd quit). My drug use, other than pot, was only recreational and not a daily addiction. The reason I quit pot was to clean up for a pre-employment drug screen which kept getting postponed. Once I was off it for a few weeks I realized I didn't need it as much as I thought and now I save a lot of money and feel fine. I liked getting high but I did not like the constant feeling of buying what I couldn't afford and going looking when I was with-out. Now I sometimes think that a joint sounds good but it passes quickly and I am glad to kick a life time habit.
Be very careful and stay away from coke, crack, meth, etc., watch your drinking.

I had an ocean scene oil painting that came to life. The waves were rolling in, the clouds were blowing over, the sea gulls were flying (you get the picture). That was neat.
I saw a red fire hydrant that became a tiny old lady wearing a red raincoat with matching red hat and boots walking toward me.
I've seen ants on the ceiling and the walls breathing.
Driving home one night while trippin', my seat belt began to snake across my chest and a stop sign leaned over into the opened car window as if to stare at me.
I do not do drugs anymore. These things happened many years ago. I finally wised up.

You are lying, I have done acid more then you can imagine and it doesnt produce hallucinations of that sort. I've done true LSD before and it causes a disrupted sense of time making things look like they are moving faster or slower then they really are... and yes you do see things moving and what not but it doesn't just make things magically appear, it merely distorts what is already there

I don't remember anything. I got to the point where I would take 5 doses at one time, and you pretty much just "wake up" hours later in a daze. I'm sure the visuals were incredible, but it ain't worth it. Been there, done with that.
