I think it is very positive, joking aside, it works it opens up new horizons for you, and what do you have to lose,it does take some practice, I think each day when you get up it helps to meditate for a few minutes on being Positive, and with enough practice it gets easier, because there is so much negativity out there, at times you will question what the purpose of trying to become a positive person is when everyone else around you doesn't seem to care, but stick with it and it makes you a stronger, more aware person.
who will posses better leadership skills, and I think that positive energy gets you more energy where negative energy just drains the power that you have within you.

I think it works on a count of me, the salutorian, a pessimistic person has a lower GPA than the valedictorian, a highly optimistic and positive person. When I say "Oh I am gonna flunk this IB Biology test," she says "Pass or fail, I studied hard and I am surely going to ace it" and she tells me, "Kassie you are such a pessimist. If you think on the bright side of things you can accomplish whatever. Just try it" And then I roll my eyes and laugh.

It definitely works.. My positive thinking has brought many good things to me. Not saying that I never have bad times, but if it were not for my outlook, it would be a lot worse. And I bought this book last year called 'the power of your subconscious mind" by Joseph Murphy Ph.D, D.D. Buy the book, read it, try it.. and you will see too.

Dr. Norman Vincent Peale wrote a bestselling book called The Power of Positive Thinking; I think it influenced a lot of people.

Upselutely, I am living proof of it....It has more power then anyone could imagine and unless you experience it you dont know to what extand.
When you have positive thinking the world is your oyster, nothing is impossible.
You can make somebody fall in love with you, you can get that job you trully want, you can succeed in anything you put your mind to...Just trully believe it and it will happen...
One of mans greatest weapens and yet not many people even know it exists..

It's awesome. Got me over major suicidal depression when drugs did nothing but make me a zombie. After a year, I feel I can tackle any mental obstacle without drugs. Here's a book that will teach you the right way to learn the proper technique:

In case you haven't figured it out by now, I'm basing my answer on my own past year's experience.

As a retired IBM exec, I can tell you that a positive mental attitude is what it is all about.

If you don't have that or develop it, you will not succeed in business or more importantly as a person.

All of the great motivational speakers, such as Tony Robbins, live that and teach it.

Well if you have a really bad attitude about something, it's gonna seem like it's taking forever. Having a good attitude tricks you into thinking time's flying.

Sometimes it works for me, sometimes it doesn't. It's better to give myself incentives. Like "when this gets done you don't have to worry about it anymore." That kind of thing.

As a man thinketh so is he.

Shakespeare wrote , " assume a virtue if you have it not that devil custom is angel yet in this , the use of actions fair and good gives a frock of livery that is Apple put on"

The plain woman that thinks herself beautiful becomes attractive . those that give up become worse.

If you think you can't , you can't.
