This is a ridiculous question. There is no winner. This conflict is still ongoing, cease-fire or no cease-fire. But if you MUST have an answer Israel won, as always. Hezbollah is no longer controlling southern Lebanon. 800 Hezbollah killed to about 100 IDF. Yeah, if you must have a "winner" in this skirmish, it's Israel.

Hezbollah because now that Isreal is leaving (bad idea) it is going to allow Hezbollah to regroup, get better weapons and then attack Isreal again in a few months or years. Isreal should have just killed Hezbollah and not listened to the rest of the world. They just screwed themselves one.

Gold: U.N. (especially if the ceasfire holds and their force is effective)
Silver: Hezbollah (especially if they are heavily involved in reconstruction as announced)
Bronze: Iran
Losers: Israeli & Lebanese children, U.S. Jews, U.S. mideast credibility, Foxnews, families of the dead, Israeli security (eventually hezbollah rockets will reach Israel from anywhere in lebanon)

there is no winner yet the war is not over the war will be over when the usa steps in and does something they say there is a stop or whatever you want to call it well there ant look at it people are still dieing what the heck i mean come on the war has just started and is not even close to the end

There is no winner. Lebanon is the clear loser, with most of its infrastructure bombed away and its people demoralized and shaken.
I would like to see Israel pay to rebuild Lebanon, and give each family that's been inconvenienced at least $100,000. Then we could talk about winners and losers.
Even better, if Israel's financial aid spigot got shut off.
