Well, this is a pretty controversial question these days and most people have different religious or moral standards. So it kinda depends on how you feel about it and what you've been taught about it all. As for me, I think you are still a virgin until you have vaginal sex. Oral sex is something you would do before that.

technically yes. traditionally a "virgin" is someone who has not had vaginal sex. be careful with oral though, STDs can still be transferred. its not a "safe alternative" to sex, it is still sex - hence the reason it is called "oral sex." dont let anyone tell you otherwise.
