Do you mean Boyle's Law which relates to pressure and volume of gas - if so then the answer is Robert Boyle. This is the most liklely one as it's got the most practical applications and is the most well known. There are several others.

which gas law? There are 6 laws (Boyle's, Dalton's, Graham's, Gay-Lussac, Charles,) and then the Combined gas law.
