You will get killed on interest and fees - totally legit but not worth the price . Borrow off family and friends and kick them something back .

As far as I know, it's legit. But to be perfectly honest, I can't, in good conscience, recommend this or other cash advance services. Unless it's a last resort.
True, there's no credit check involved, but there are disadvantages:
They're not always as "fast" as they claim. Initial approval can sometimes take days.
Interest rates/ finance charges, if calculated on an annual basis, are astronomical. 500% or more is pretty typical. Because it's not an installment loan, they can get away with this. If you "rollover" the balance, which is allowed up to a point, the finance charges really add up.
On-line cash advances can be deposited directly into your checking account, which is convenient. This also means that your account is debited when payment comes due. If the funds aren't in your account, they can keep trying until they get their money. They'll often add a finance charge with each attempt. Imagine the potential for disaster in this case.
If you're required to write an actual check, which they agree to hold till the due date, this can lead to real trouble. If it bounces, you can, in theory, be prosecuted for check fraud. This has been known to happen.
How do I know these things? Been there, done that (All except the jail part.) & I'm happy to be free of it now. So, I really don't recommend cash advance services, except as a last resort. They can easily get their hooks into you & make it hard to get free of them. And they're way too expensive in the long run.
