You may only receive the current resident through the websites. To find the actual property owner you may have to contact the City or County Clerk and Recorder or that type of city office for the deed information. Here is a website to try:

Go to the property appraiser's web site for the county the property is in and search by owner's name, address of property or any other means made avaiable on the site.

Go to the property appraiser's office for the county in which the property is located. Some have searchable sites, usually the smaller ones do not. You can usually search by property address to discover who owns which property.
