I'm in the directory advertising business. What can i say to customer over the phone to make them interested in my directory listing website and agree to set appointment with me? Any professional out there can help me?

If you were armed with this kind of ability, it could be misused to attract the attention of vulnerable young ladies. The formula for a magnetic and irresistable personality is protected and not for the general public. It's for your own good.
From a consumer standpoint however and in the business world, I tend to accept the offerings of a business representative much more when they just tell me objectively what I want to know, don't be pushy, don't suggest or try to sell me on something, leave me at the end of a meeting or call with a feeling that it's up to me if I want to call back. A no-pressure approach will be the best approach and it may cause me to suggest the meeting instead of you, or to call back and arrange a meeting.
