yea my brothers dell just idk it was on his desk and just went by his room a fire i was like wtf is that a really fire..........i went closer and i was like f..... thats a really fire.......lol but yup i think that was covered by dells insurance thing

I have Sony but, I have removed the battery after seeing all that happening with Dell Laptops

What have you been smokin' lol. Actually it is much more a liability issue for Dell than a saftey issue. Just don't dress up your laptop like your pet poodle.

Do you mean that it actually caught on fire?
I have been setting up and running computer labs for years but have never seen that happen. However, if the electricity is not set up right, you do burn up any computer little by little.

Yes, I know, I have a Dell DUDE!!! But know, I was the lucky one to spend around $900 on a customly build one. Fast as ****!! Hahaha, my computers faster then yours :-p!!
