Its all a different feeling. Your boyfriend gives you affection, love and a thrill to be together. Your bestfriend gives you support, a shoulder to cry on and is usually always there for you. A platonic friend is exactly that, platonic, there isnt as much feeling or caring for this person though you still are friends. Each person gives off a different reason for being with you so you really cant care for one more than the other.

My bestfriend. She means everything to me. Boyfriends will come and go. espesually at my age i am only 15. So now is the time that i need to be with my best friend, i mean we won't have much time left together because we have different dreams for the future and we will be going to college in a few years. We are both going through alot and a boyfriend can't be there for you the way a best friend can.

Well, I've never had a boyfriend, so I'd definitely say my best friend. We have been best buds for 13 years, non-stop, and we never, ever fight. We got that out of the way when we were little. She just moved 10 hours away from me. :( But, yeah, I can always count on her to understand me more than anyone else and to say the right thing to make me feel better when I'm down. Even if I did have a boyfriend, she would still be number 1.

I love my boyfriend with all of my heart, but sorry Jace (my boyfriend), I love my bestfriend more!
It's just that I've known my best friend longer, and we share something special. It's not even that we've known eachother for so long that we are so close. It's something else. I can't put my finger on it. We are just close. We were meant to be friends. We can talk about ANYTHING. We also have fun doing anything, and everything. She is like a sister to me, and if anything ever happened to her, I don't know what I'd do.

My girlfriend is my best friend. But my most important platonic friend would have to be my brother, and as much as I care about my girlfriend, if given the choice I'd pick my brother. Bros before hoes.

You care and love people in your life differently, I can't say I care more unless it's like your children or if your married you care more about them on an average, that's hard to explain....Personally, I care very deeply about my family and friends so whom ever needs me most at the time, they get me... if ya know what I mean....
