I agree with cantfoolmedennis's answer.
From the UK, I'd try play.com, & for Region 1 http://www.playusa.com/
If I want CD's, I'll check Ebay for new or nearly new. Someone will have bought what you want, but not have liked it, & so wants to sell it on.
Another place to try is Amazon & the Amazon Market
Place. Stands good for DVD / VHS also.
People sell new & secondhand there. Living in the UK, I've used the marketplace to get new sealed CD's imported from the USA for £6.00.
Example: "N.O.L.A." by Down is £10.99 + P&P from Amazon, but £4.84 + P&P on the marketplace.
The same from Amazon.com is $10.99 or $7.50.

Hi,
Try ebay.co.uk (ebay.com if you are not in UK) or play.com
I strongly advise using download sites such as limewire, bearshare etc as well the videos arent often good quality and some need special encoding to play and not only that a lot of free illegal download sites such as ones metioned above are being monitiored and people are being caught and prosecuted.
Better to buy these as its hurting people who make the music if you download illegally and is it worth the risk when you'll get caught?

If you want physical videos/dvds, I'd go ebay. Otherwise, youtube or band websites or fansites.
