I understand why to not do this in a real casino as you'll be escorted away by security or law enforcement officials and it is very dishonest, but this would at least make a television show more exciting.

well the person would still be escorted out and they would look like a@@ holes on tv and that would ruin there image. but if they tried it, i would definitaly watch the show!

The Casino knew almost every trick. Usually the table are damn heavy. Even u managed to do that, u'll be escorted by security. :)
