I remember reading about a radio d.j that stayed up for 201 hours or something close to that. I've read other claims to the record too.

I think it's about a week, which, ironically, the longest kiss was 17 days.

I was just reading the history of St. Augustine (344AD) who set the tone for all of the pious Christian thinking. At Lent he was on his feet for 7 days in an effort to stay awake. Or, so they say.
