Hulk Hogan had everything, longevity in the sport, a great persona that did not depend on some really silly or outrageous gimmick like the undertaker. Almost no one has done that he has done through pure cult of personality and most of it was wholesome and good for kids to admire and fun loving and he is a good guy in reality too with strong family ties and such. Hulk could do it all, wrestle, give a great interview, perform for the crowd, everything. He was and is great, a tribute to the sport.

I think all of them did, were, once, and have made an impression in wrestling in there unique way. Except the Brooklyn Brawler...Cmon! He was just a distraction so all them VERY good wrestlers could prepare themselves after his LOSING match!

I would have to say that Hulk Hogan (before becoming Hollywood Hogan) was the one that is the best. He puts his whole heart into it and he's there for the fans mostly. Especially when he gets nuts and goes all Hulk on his opponent.
