Ready? Juggling is good, and necessary, but it isn't the answer you're looking for. What you need (and I did this for years) is a wall, and about 3 feet of flat space behind it. You want concrete, not drywall, for starters. Concrete only has to be about 12 inches high (like some garage bases.) The back of most houses are good. Grass as opposed to flat ground (driveway etc.) if you can. Start at 3 feet away and pass the ball off the wall alternating feet. Left, right, left, right...... Then start working on 1 foot at a time. Use your "best" foot first, then use your "off" foot. Once you get good at that (and I'm talking 7-10 minutes per foot) move in 6 inches or so. Things get faster! Master that and move in 6 more inches. See where I'm going? I had a roommate once from Brazil. He could do this from 12 inches away. He looked (and played) like a machine. He could also juggle a golf ball over 50 times, feet only. Give THAT a try! Good luck and persistence WILL pay off.

In soccer you need to do a lot of running..therefore if you have a treadmill or something. Also with the ball try to keep it up as long as you can. It increases your balance. Make sure you don't break anything though. But a lot more things can be done outside. Like, dribbling the ball up and down through obsacle courses, shooting it at an angle, etc. Good Luck!

has anyone asked what position, yes a ball is pertinent and space is great the more the better for all positions but no you dont need alot of money to get good. You need to go and find somewhere with grass and get out of the house.

You could buy a net. One of those things where you put the ball in and kick it.
Or play with a dog. I know this is stupid but it helped me develop foot control skills.
Good Luck!

You should do drills, like dribbling, shotting a certain spot, juggling, etc.
