Droughns should be a fine #2 but I wouldn't expect much from him. Brandon Lloyd should not be your starting WR. He will not be a big fantasy contributor.
Your bench is fine but you do not need a backup Kicker. That is a waste of a roster spot because you will only need to use a backup for one week. Dump Janikowski and look for another RB. When the time comes to find a Kicker on Vinatieri's bye week, drop your poorest performer for a substitute kicker. Then dump that kicker after his game.

Drop Duckett, he will have absolutely no more value to fantasy football. Package Brees and Lloyd for a lesser QB but a better WR. Kellen Winslow will not have much of an affect on your team, so id drop him too. But overall solid team with great backup

work on 2nd & 3rd WRs; work on 3rd RB; other than that, REALLY GOOD!
