After you take over Ricardo Diaz's mansion and do a few more missions, Tony and the boys from Liberty City come down to Vice City to close you down, you have a huge gun battle running throughout the mansion, including the roof, and you discover that Lance (your supposed comrade) has double crossed you and so you kill him too. The final cut scene shows you and the Weaselly Lawyer and The Old Real Estate Baron (voiced by Burt Reynolds) sort of walking off into the sunset on the front steps of the mansion. You are now the supreme crime lord of Vice City.

ur working with a dude named Lance to destroy gangs in Vice City. then in the end when i go to destroy the guy u owe tons of money to, lance reveals to u that he is evil. so u kill him and basically everyone except ur close friends. the last mission is called "Keep your Friends Close" this game would make a very good game. and well u become the king of Vice City.
