Hmm...girls in dresses, I cant say I see many of them. Don't really know about the college scene, but first thought that comes to my mind is a dance or some type of pledge. *shrugs* Like I said though, "don't really know much about the college scene".

i know i know. it was the 'million gurl march' ha ha. honestly i think they had a play live on stage for their parents and other guests. thats y dey were dressed so pretty :)
