CCS
"The College for Creative Studies, formerly known as the Center for Creative Studies, is one of the nation’s leading arts education institutions. CCS is a private, fully accredited, four-year college located in Detroit, offering Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees in eleven studio majors. The College provides a dynamic learning environment where students explore issues of art and design, and the culture in which they exist, while preparing for careers in the professional world. CCS has one of the world’s most recognized programs in transportation design and places more graduates in the automotive industry than any other school.

In addition, we offer non-credit courses in the visual arts through our Continuing Education programs and provide opportunities for youth through Community Arts Partnerships."

Go to the library and ask the reference person to point you to where you can find college rankings. US News provides college rankings based on programs, campus life, etc. It's very helpful.

Off the top of my head, I think Columbia College in Chicago and the Art Institute in Chicago are quite reputable. But this is just through friends and word of mouth, not proven statistics.
