Does anyone know how nfl players train and what their diets are? can you tell me?

Each player/position has their own training and diet. Some eat high protien low carb meals. Some eat low calorie if they are trying to make a lower weight. Tread mills, bikes, weights, blocking tackling catching passing drills. It really depends on what they are trying to accomplish. I know one player had to lose weight and his trainer told him a small breakfast, salad with low fat dressing for lunch, and for dinner baked or grilled chicken/fish etc. and not to eat after 7:00 pm.

They practice like around 8 hours a day or so. And they eat Oriental Foot.

Speaking of protein, a lot of professional athletes (football players, boxers, etc) eat baked chicken for good, healthy protein.

they eat alot of protein...and they lift alot... im sure alot use performanche enchahing drugs as well... but if u eat alot of protein and lift in heavey weight low reps (5 by 5) or (5 by 3) u should and bulk and strenght
