There are pretty much infinitely many sequences that meet this criterion. A great resource for sequences is Sloane's encyclopedia of number sequences. Type in a few numbers and you'll get matching sequences

Not sure if I understood your question, but anyway there are infinitely many sequences that start with the same 2 numbers.

Examples:

a_1 = 1, a_2 , a_n = n for n>=3

a_1 = 0, a_2 =0, a_n = 1/n for n>=3..

It's kinda easy to give examples of such sequences

An = A(n-1) + 2*A(n-2) < ---- change this as you like it


1,1,3,5,11,21,43,..
