Look. You had sex with the baby's mother. You are the father. You played, now you pay. It is your responsibility, like it or not, to support this child until they are 18 or 21, depending on where the child lives. It doesn't matter whether or not your name is on the birth certificate. Since you are behaving in such a slimy way, this child is probably much better off if you are not involved in its life, except to pay your child support. There's no way out! Grow up and act like a man!

Why would you want to avoid taking care of a little human being that you helped to create? Men provide for and protect their families. Boys don't take responsibility and cry "it's not mine" like little bitches. A DNA test will solve the question of whether it's yours and it won't matter that you didn't sign the certificate. You need a DNA test anyway because it just might not be yours..The test just requires a little of your blood if your b**** a** can take it or a little saliva. You should have worn a raincoat if you're not man enough to step up to the plate and do the right thing. I hope the mother takes you to court and forces you to pay.I just clicked on your picture and see that she is 15 and you 21--pedophile and rapist too. Good you moved away from them to avoid being bothered but if she files for child support the government will find you.

if you didn't sign the birth certificate, you aren't supposed to pay anything. but a DNA test can be taken so they can see that you are the father of the baby. no, it is pretty hard to cheat the system. I would just deal with it now, like a real manm otherwise you have to pay A LOT of interest of the unpaid support. Grab the bull by the horn. Life is not always fair.

If the girl doesn't ask for any support, you might be off the hook. If she applies for any state assistance, she would probably name you as the father. Some states allow 50% of your pay offset until you are caught up. With any luck, you can get a nice job paying 30 dollars an hour - so you can live with your parents with the leftover money.

Yes, if it's your child you do. Don't be a dead beat dad. In some states it doesn't matter if you signed it or not, if you've been acting as the child's father for long enough you could still end up paying child support even if your not the biological father. If it's your child MAN UP and help support this innocent child. You play you pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Think about the needs of the child - it isn't really about money! It's about giving the child what it needs to grow up and be a happy person. Your money matters to make sure the child has food, clothing and shelter. Your commitment as a father makes sure the child is able to give to other people.
Children are the message you send to the future.
If you walk out on that you are walking out on your soul.
You will regret it the rest of your life.

Doesn't matter what you signed or didn't sign. If the Kid's DNA matches yours, you're responsible. If it's your kid, you gotta pay.
Stupid *******. You ever heard the expression "You Play, You Pay!"
Start paying.
It's people like you that have no business breathing perfectly good air, eating perfectly good food, that someone else who DESERVES their life, should be getting.
You're a meatsack and a waste of precious space and resources and I highly recommend that you step off the planet.

No you don't have to pay child support, just go to jail.
If your name isn't on the birth certificate, why would you have to pay? If the child's not yours, prove it with a DNA sample. If its yours...welll growlsssss and shuts my mouth

if you knocked her up, there's no way out of it.... you're screwed for 18 years buddy
you dont have to sign anything... if she names you as the father, and the court orders you to pay child support, the best defense you have is to deny the child, but they will force you to take a dna test, and if it comes out possitive, there goes your money
