Yes!!! Its not against the law, go ahead. I like photography too, but dont take pics when someone is buring someone else, that might be weird.

If you know the people there, you might be able to take a family picture. After a funeral I attended, we were always missing someone from the photo, the photographer. Always be respectful; goes without saying, but I said it anyway.

i know someone that was able to go into the cememtery with permission.... but this is in south texas... so you should ask the people at the cemetary first
