Yes!!! Its not against the law, go ahead. I like photography too, but dont take pics when someone is buring someone else, that might be weird.

If you know the people there, you might be able to take a family picture. After a funeral I attended, we were always missing someone from the photo, the photographer. Always be respectful; goes without saying, but I said it anyway.

i know someone that was able to go into the cememtery with permission.... but this is in south texas... so you should ask the people at the cemetary first

yes...just be mindful of graveside services and mourners...i wouldn't be snapping pics of people whose loved one is about to be interred
