She also lies about her test marks and what she gets on projects. We know this for a fact and have even tried confronting her but all she does is deny it. We have also talked to our parents. What should we do??

Don't just ask her or anything, if you're sure of this then you need to take action. Tell her straight up that you know she's stealing your things, and that you can't be friends with a person who does that. I guess then if (if this is a bluff of course) she decides not to be your friend, then you've lost a friend, but if not, then she can try to fix her ways.
It's possible that something is going on in her life that's bothering her and making her do this compulsively, or she lies because she's competitive. She may have a slight problem, that you may need to find out in order to select the best action to take with her.

you need to just let her go it will only get worse.. I had a best friend that would steal from me. After 10 years she was still doing it. And I would confron her about it and she would deny it. I had to cut her off. Now Ihave more stuff.

What does she steal? If its small stuff talk to parents big stuff tale to teachers or Principals

If you are in the same school< why don't you go to (Social worker- we call him that in my country-)he can study her status .As she may be sick >BUT PLEASE don't leave her until it is impossible to cure>

i think if she doesn't tell the truth when yall confront her she doesn't deserve your friendship
