How do I wire emergency vehicle lights to a panel?

I want to wire emergency vehicle lights to a 2 switch panel and try to either eliminate the box or hide it

Sorry for the mix up on my last details I want to wire my emergency lights to a 2 switch panel and possibly eliminate or hide the box. I AM AN EMT. So none of this will be troublesome.

Trying to impersonate a cop? This is not a good idea. But you insist even police cars have switches for this kind of stuff that's in plain view.
