This is a function on your graphis card. You need to go to control panel > display. click on settings and then advance. You now need to look for the orientation tab. I can use CTRL-ALT and Z to change my orientation, but I set this option up.

Go to Control Panel -> Display. Once there, go to the Settings Tab and click on advanced. Look through those options and see if you find an option for rotating the display.

It mostly depends on you video adapter card but usually you can right-click in a empty part of your desktop, click on properties, click on settings, click on advanced, you should see a tab titled rotation. Make your selection and be sure you save or apply it and you should be good to go. Hope this works for you but it usually does for ATI based graphic cards, which are very common.
