You have to have a really awesome video card and memory for that to appear. My boyfriend got his computer upgraded and all of a sudden we saw the game in so much more detail, including the little videos like for first kiss!

when you have your game sceen open, click on the change settings link and you will find all of the links you need to adjust your playing contect. Warning: If you do not have enough memory on your video card, you may have issues.

that feature came with the nightlife expansion, it lets you see other houses while youre playing your household, so it doesnt look like yours is in the middle of nowhere anymore =]
