Do you want to hear the truth or get permission to do something you know you shouldn't? That is why you asked. You are really asking for permission to have illicit sex with her again. I know about urges as does any otherwise normal person.
First, you had no right to make such a promise, especially if you ever intended to marry this girl. As a wife, she has a right to sex; that is as a wife.
Second, as a single person, with respect to God's laws, you are forbidden sex.
Third, should you marry THIS girl, I am sure that if you ask then God will forgive you this promise.

That's a tough question to answer. But you know what? Only YOU can answer it. My advice is to follow your heart, and keep your promise to God. It might be tough to do at the beginning, but God has ways of rewarding us for keeping our promises. And He also has ways of disciplining us for not keeping our promises to Him.
This next part of my advice sort of makes me feel un-comfortable. But I'm going to say it anyway.
Is it possible you and her can enjoy mutual masturbation, without full blown sex? That's sorta risky too, because once the lion gets out of the cage . . . . well you already know the rest of the story.

Just be careful, use protection or pull it out.. I made the same promise like 5 years ago.. Well lets just say it didn't last very long. But nothing bad happend to me.. I think God would understand.

I totally understand....before I got married I had several scares and I did the exact same thing.. "God please, I know it is wrong for me to do this..I won't do it again..please don't let me be pregnant" and of course I never was and the next week...back to the same thing....But don't give in!!!! You know it's wrong and God knows you are playing with Him and lying. Be faithful. Maybe next time He'll let her get pregnant! I was so lucky and I am so sorry for what I did.

sex is great but getting pregnant would suck. there is no possible way you can get anyone pregnant through mutual masturbation and oral. and if you do have sex always use a condom and never just pull out because you can still get girls pregnant that way.
