No, it doesn't sound like liberals at all. I'm a liberal and here are some of the things I believe:

I believe that anyone who is arrested should have the right to a fair trial, and a speedy trial, and the right to be shown the evidence against him, and to question any witnesses against him. I believe that punishment should not be cruel. I believe that people who object to the something the government does should be able to gather together and peacefully protest. I believe that before the police go into someone's house to search, or listen to his private conversations, they should have to go before a judge and show why they think it is likely that they will find evidence of a crime.

Instead, the police are blocking peaceful protestors from the public streets and forcing them into "free speech zones" - as if speech is only free in certain approved areas. People we don't like are being arrested and held without charges or lawyers, for years and years. There are secret courts and secret laws, and the government is listening to our phone calls.

Actually, these terms mean next to nothing. Liberals tend to be rather closed minded. Conservatives tend to be against conserving or preserving anything other than their own way of life.

Nazi's were socialists. Communists tend to be fascists. It's all a lot of spin doctoring. Fact is, the same people run both sides of the freakshow. Kerry & Bush are cousins who are members of the same secret fraternal order (Skull & Bones). They both freely admit it. Fighting about whether tweedle dum is better than tweedle dee is idiotic.

None of we citizens know the whole story but we ALL have our opinions. Lets not group everyone together and point fingers okay. Lets work together on something for a change, like an independent that would overhaul the political system for president. How does that sound?
