I'm a freshman and school starts tomorrow. I'll be taking Honors Biology I, Honors Algebra II, Honors French III, and AP World History. Does anybody have any kind of advice for me regarding these classes accumulated from past experiences? Are they really hard?
Anything would be appreciated. Thanks!!

AP is alot of stress
you take the class and get an A the entire time, then you have to take an aptitude test and if you dont pass the test, you dont get college credit for the course. lame
if possible i would reccommend taking a dual credit course, that way you get the credit for the class so long as you pass, however here in FLA, the grades dont transfer just the credit

These classes should be enough to keep you busy, but have you talked to your counselor yet. Make sure that the classes you take are going to give you a head start on your future goals. High School is only the first step into the real world, and all the fun and games end at graduation, well unless you go to collage. I know that deciding your future goals can be mind boggling, but it never hurts to start thinking about what you want to be when you grow up.

You have to cram a lot of useless knowledge in AP World History. At the end you'll forget it all. Also, remember to study well before taking the AP exam because they charge like $75 and if you fail it's a waste of money.

Be prepared not to have a life your freshman year of high school........i took about the same AP classes you are taking ( I took AP Chemistry instead of French) when I was in High school and I spent a lot of time writing reports, essays and studying. Just be prepared to study HARD!

Wow! That's alot to take on. Make sure you don't get behind. Actally, if you read the chapter before the class when it is presented, you will learn the material easier.

Yeah, don't take all the advanced stuff. When you get to college you will be learning the same thing again, and it will be a waste of your time. Don't do any more than is required of you, you get the same piece of paper either way.

Well, nothing is impossible. If you change your mind about a course then you can usually change it, however, most of the course you have listed sound do-able. Good Luck!
