restarted ur computer if that doesn't work restart then F8 then chose start windows normally

you have to restart your pc when your on safe mood, then while your pc is booting press F8 key to enter to different log in mode such as 'safe mode', 'normal mode', 'dos mode' etc. Using your up down cursor on your keyboard select 'normal mode' then enter.
ps: I ussually boot on the safe mode to remove viruses, but i dont know if F8 works on all kinds of CMOS bios. Normally pc boots on normal mode, so try not to press anything while your pc is starting.

restart ur computer with out choosing safe mode, if u havnt done that already
