I kinda always wanted to know that myself. I think (from another female's standpoint), it's the fact that she's decently good-looking, but first and foremost, she's not Jackie. I think anyone would look alluring next to the dark-haired loudmouth...

She's a tomboy and an Amazon chick with a deep voice. Jackie's polar opposite.
Although she never objected to wearing women's outfits once in a while.
And here's something interesting: Laura Prepon (who played Donna) actually had her toenails painted bright green at one point.

She was a tomboy so she got along well with everyone and was popular. Also, she could keep secrets. As far as attractiveness, she's decent but the clothes she wore were kind of disgusting. Oh yeah, she's better as a blonde.
