well talk to him and see what his problem is...I mean maybe he is being that way cuz he doesn't get enough from you....idk what else to tell you...so talk to him, thats all you got to do.

ohhh .. sounds like u need to talk to him openly and ask him the real reason .. my guess is that u dont do open discussions otherwise u might have already asked him .. it might be a simple reason that he reaches climax too fast and he is afraid that if u touch him or rub him then it will shorten the time when he can be inside .. ask him to go on medication and tell him that u like touching him and if he doesnt allow then u are missing something ..
if its the other reason that he thinks that he is a man and he can do anything anytime then its bad .. i dont have an answer if this is what is happening in real

I Don't know a guy that doesn't like that kind of stuff, but maybe there is an emotional problem to his fear in you touching him there. In a personal sense I don't like it when anyone tries to touch me there or even my fiancee, I guess it was because I was molested as a child and I was raped less than a year ago. You should talk to him about it

Next time he touches you down below, tell him how much you enjoy it when he does that, but really wish you could touch him more. It is a good way to approach the subject.

Sounds like he's got several issues, the first of them being control. It's OK for him to go below the waist, because he's exercising power over "his woman" and he is reducing you to a sexual being. This debases you and makes him feel more dominant.
Next, he doesn't want you returning the favor because that would be demeaning to him. It would be a woman do the same thing to him that he is doing to her in a sexual context and he doesn't think that's OK (it's hippocritical, but I"m sure he isn't thinking about that).
Last, he wants to think of you as HIS tramp, but he doesn't want you to act like one. He wants to dominate you sexually, but doesn't want you to act on it at all unless he initiates it and tells you it's OK.

maybe he just gets an erection when you do it but that still doesnt mean its fair for him to touch you and you cant touch him my husband use to be that way but we kinda play with each other that way he can be cooking and ill walk up behind him and caress his genitals he likes it and he still pinches my nipples from time to time as well. ask him why he dont like for you to do it if the answer sounds bogus tell him you dont like when he touch you all over whats he hiding anyways LOL!!!

Sounds like one of two problems.
1. You're touch is too light and he can't take it.
2. He is ashamed of something in that area, not necessarily his penis, sometimes it's the stomach.
Talk about it.

Is there something wrong with him? I have never heard of a man having a problem with a women touching him. Don't let him have it if you can't have it too.

He's a man. He thinks he can do what he wants with a woman. But usually they like for us to touch them. I would be concerned about that.

My husband was kind of the same way. Try a ******** instead of a hand job. Something that they can't do themselves.
