Perhaps you got some, that someone had just broke up some coke on. I work in a bank and most of it is old money so its easier to count. Trust me most of the money doesn't smell good!

It hasn't been in some nasty sweaty pocket, yet. No-one has handled it with grimy hands, and no germs are on it. Bacteria causes odor, and fresh, new money has not gotten that, yet.

money from pretty much anywhere smells good to me as long as i can use it. I don't care if I dropped it in the toilet lol.

All money smells good.
But since about 70% is tainted with cocaine I don't sniff it.
