I need to know why I have to enter in my credit card number everytime I have to redownload a game that I have already purchased. I have to reformat sometimes and I think they are going to charge me again for a game that I have already purchased.

It's possible that they need your card number to verify that you made a purchase. But if you're having to re-download the game because of reasons not related to a failure of the program itself you may indeed have to pay for it again.

can't you make a backup copy?
contact their cs.......(customer service)
usually, log in and payment are separated
try to log in first
