It will be a 13th birthday party during the late afternoon (6pm) into the evening. I want it to be very special and memorable..we will already have music, a gorgeous cake, and a pool...i need more ideas to make it memorable for me and everyone else!! I want creative ideas like a guest book, ect, but want to do it creatively (not just a normal guest book).

Well, I would suggest that you ask first, instead of demand that someone answer you.
Then go to Hobby Lobby or a craft store and look at their books for ideas of what you want. Figure out waht you want your theme to be, then follow it.
Princess, Horses, Unicorns, etc,are all themes for a 13yo...it alldepends on what you want.

I helped with my sisters thirteenth bday party final month. everybody fav... we offered her fav tracks from napster & downloaded those she already had & made cd's for each man or woman to take domicile. We lightscribed the cd yet you are able to write on them in case you want. It pronounced "Niki's thirteenth Birthday" & had her percenton it. The cd had 13 songs on all of it of that are extremlly general top now. Everytime on of her associates performs the cd, they think of of the stable time that they had at her party. We additionally did a stupid dance off & used early 90s song, like mc hammer & vanilla ice, it became cheezy yet everybody became cracking up & had a blast!!!

Have some friends act as poperazzi and take crazy pictures of people all night long. Then burn them to a cd and give them away!
