anyone know cost of citation in carrollton GA for 20 yr old that registered .1 for drinking 4 beers in dorm? no alcohol was in dorm, so no MIP. just citation. is this court issue or just pay

I know beer is alcohol, duh! But, he did not have it as his dorm. he was off campus and had a few beers, went BACK to room and 1 hour later the incident occurred.
