I think you need to research the history of religion. Jesus Is God in the flesh. He was prophsied to come to save the world. Jesus came to fufill the law. and if you study the truth as oposed to accepting a lie you will see that Jesus came in truth to Gods people to fufill the law of the prophets unlike Muhammed who came to deny these truths of God.

Is this really a question you want answered or is this new Muslim propaganda? The Messiah, who Christians believe to be Jesus, was promised to God's Chosen People, the Jews. When Jesus came to walk among us, be crucified, die and rise again of his own power as God, many of the Jews did not accept him to be the Messiah. For a time, those who did believe were a branch of Judaism and worshiped in Synagogues and kept the Jewish law. (I think it is called The Talmudic Law.) Shortly before the Diaspora at around 76 A.D. when the Romans banished Jews from their land in what is today called Israel, Jewish persecution by the Romans increased. Jews began to blame this on the new "Jewish cult" of the Messiah believing that Yahweh was punishing them for those who believed that Jesus was the Messiah. So, they kicked the Christians out of the Synagogues. That's when they became a separate entity from the Jews. Still, they kept the law until Paul argued with many of the original apostles that the gentiles should not have to become Jews before they are accepted as believers. Eventually, that was developed as the rule and Christianity made it's final break from Judaism. I hope that explains it to you if that is what you are asking for.

Jesus was Jewish.
The Jewish people do not believe he is the son of God. They do not deny his existence but they believe him, at best, to be a holy man, at worst, a raving nutball. At some point Jesus converted and moved away from the Jewish faith because they spurned him. There was like 10 or 15 years there after he grew up and left home when he was not seen or heard from, when he showed back up, he came with Christianity in tow.
Mostly the Jewish religion does not believe that Jesus was the son of God because Jesus basically said the Jews weren't "gods" people anymore because they had disappointed God and broken their covenant with him too many times. It was then that Jesus proclaimed that all men who were willing to walk the path could be "God's People" through Jesus. So Jesus became a buffer for non-jews who believed in God and believed that if they followed the morals set down by Jesus, that they too would be accepted into heaven.
The Jewish believe that only "they" are God's children and nobody else will be saved and accepted into Heaven.
Phew.

Have you ever heard of Jews For Jesus? These are people born into the Jewish faith, who believe that Jesus is the messiah. Technically, they are not Jews.
Jewish people do believe in Jesus. They acknowledge his existance, but believe that he was mortal; not the son of God.
Basicaly, they think he was a cool guy way back when, but they don't believe he will ascend from the heavens at the end of days.
Christians don't practice the Jewish faith because they believe that Jesus is the messiah. It's not a matter of "who loves Jesus the most." It's whether you believe he is the son of God.
There are hundreds of versions of the stories found in the Bible. I believe some scrolls pertaining to Judas were recently found. the stories found in religious texts all preach similar values and encourage us to better ouselves and our world.
as for the "true word of god,"
i don't believe whether mary was a virgin or not has anything to do with what god is trying to tell us. there are different religions that approach god in their own ways. i suggest you take a look at the big picture. god is bigger than religion.

LOL you imagine the recent testomony reported animal sacrifices weren't mandatory because of Jesus? HA! That grow to be suggested in Exodus after the progression of the Temple (the beit ha'mikdash) even as Moses grow to be nevertheless round, a lengthy time period formerly Jesus got here into being. Jews do not count number on sin, both. truthfully, expensive, you're talking in Christian words that do not adventure a question about Judaism in any respect. Uh, yeah, it is *nevertheless* no longer Kosher. Did you imagine we merely replaced our minds each and each of the time like the Vatican? BTW, i'd get exhilaration from it if the non-Jews might want to chorus from polluting the solutions with a set of guesses, it is insulting.

Actually, Jesus was a Jew. His mission was a restoration of a Jewish nation, freeing it from Roman domination. It wasn't until Paul that Jesus's story was taken to the gentiles (non-Jews). In his speaking Jesus even said of the Samaritan woman that what was meant for the sons shouldn't be given to the dogs. Jesus never intended his words to be taken out of context or taken to the world at large.

it isn't the slightest bit about contradiction, now if you want conjecture look at Mohamed supposedly ascending to heaven on a horse!!!!!!!!!!!!!lol lol, if you want con tradition why is there only one god Allah yet the quarn mentions at least three pre Islamic goddess, you call the quaoran the word of god that is pure conjecture, how do you know it is the word of god? who told you? why do you think that?
which priests were converted? when ? what were their names?
Jesus was a Jew and the practices changed because he did come to earth and the previous practices changed because he wasn't just a prophet he was the son of god, your argument isn't just illogical and ignorant it is silly.
why dint you tell how it is proved the quoran is the word of god? what is your evidence?
Mohamed was fraud and it is funny you fell for it, you have to pray 5 times aday and repeat the foolishness that Mohamed was any thing but a desert bandit because unless you keep reinforcing this foolishness you might start to think and reason and realize that Islam is a fraud

I suggest you get a copy of Ahmed Deedat's debate with Palestinian Christian Dr. Annis Shorrosh. It was done in South Africa. Deedat could not defend Islam against an educated ex-Muslim, even in an angry crowd of Muslims. It is recorded on video.

Jesus was a Jew because Jews ARE Christians BEFORE Christ. if you think Jesus is the son of God you are a Christian. if you are still waiting for a Messiah you are a Jew. the end.

as a Roman Catholic, I do not feel the necessity to "defend" Jesus and Mary. Jesus needs no defense! I went to Mass today in honor of Mary - 'twas a feast day for her. I have no desire to watch any Muslim DVD that purports to show the quran as "the true word of God and the Bible [as] a false account of Jesus life" Maybe you might try to have respect for the religious beliefs of others. (do you like my use of capital for Bible but not for quran?) I'm certain that Mohammed would be very ashamed (!) of views like yours! TOLERANCE for others...... try it! the world would be a much better place and more in line with God's desire for His humankind if more tolerance was practiced by His creatures- us!

Jesus was a Jew. He answered the question about the Messiah, Christians believe it was Jesus, and use the example of his life, death, and Resurrection as the basis for their religion.
