Not really likely if it's just a normal person, but there are some wierdos out there who can hack and get into anything they want. Look, if you are emailing someone that you don't know or that you feel suspicious about then don't email them. It's better to be safe than sorry.

IP they can if they have mcafee firewall or the IP{header on their emails.. forensics find home addresses thru IP addies this is hwo when u make a bad profile or being stqalked they can find out but u have to have the tech to find the home addy liek the police fbi hacker crackers those prgams. or a freind who works thru ur server.. as well that can be traced.. in general the common joe no.. the tech people yea

Directly it depends it depends who's providing your e mail account and what safeguards you requested. Most let you hide your profile. They say they don't sell that kind of information, but tomorrow different company could own your account. This user works with the premise that it will be sold. Addressing commercial e mails.

Well sweetheart it all depends on what info you have stored on your computer.. They do get your IP, and that way they can hack your computer,, Just run a good fire wall and anti-virus, make sure you scan everything, I know its a pain but its the only way to be safe.. that depends on who they are the government or your isp have some tools that you will never get hold of.
as for normal users look at this site and read the top right hand corner of the screen it will tell you prety close where you are and who your isp is
