My boyfriend can't reach orgasm through sexual intercourse, manual stimulation by me or oral sex. He can only achieve an orgasm through masturbation and that takes a long time. I have never experienced this before and I feel like I am doing something wrong. Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

He needs to see a urologist who specializes in sexual disfunction as soon as possible. There are a number of possiblities ranging from diabetes, to vascular trouble, to a botched circumcision. Get him to go soon. The good news is that it isn't your fault.

Hi there. Trying not to sound too clinical about it....It sounds like it is strictly an intimacy problem, not something that you're doing wrong. I'm sure whatever you do to him or for him feels wonderful and would feel wonderful to any guy..however, if he can only achieve orgasm by masturbation, it sounds like he has a problems with letting himself feel what he is feeling with a woman..in this case..you. He is comfortable with his own body and making it feel good, that's been proven by masturbation but, he hasn't learned to enjoy being touched and pleasured by a woman yet...and if you ask me, he's missing out. Maybe you can ask him what about sex, if anything, scares him and how can you help? Try working up to orgasm without actual sex with him..kiss him, lick him gently, touch parts of his body that are never or seldomly touched, and have him do the same to you...he might learn needed information about a woman's body and learn to relax and enjoy your company more. If all else fails , he may need to visit the doctor and ask for medicinal help as well, but try the other things I mentioned first... Well,my dear, hope this helped ya! Good Luck! :)

First I would have to know if he was single for along time and used this form of satisfaction alot before you met?
Sometimes the penis gets used to a certain feeling...grip ect and only knows how to react to what it is used to?
Or maybe he is nervous about size, or if he can please you ect. and that can make a man not be able to get off...
I would say for now have him satisfy you with his tongue lips hand toys whatever and then you can use your lips on him and hands toys ect and give him same pleasure in return until you can figure it out togather...might talk to doctor and see if any of the drugs that are out would help...Lisa
