i dont know whats wrong with it..... i think it's a muscle.... it is located on my left wrist... right to the left side of my bone where the hand and wrist connect...if i press down on it lightly i can feel a pain there.. what is that...and whats wrong :( oh ya and when i try to lift something of size or alittle weight.. it hurts abit when i twist my hand outward.. alittle.

im 19 years old..and i am engaged with my fiance..so first i dont jerk off alot :P and not old lol i do however work out alot in my spare time and i am online alot typing...

Yes, sounds like it might be the beginning of CTS (carpal tunnel syndrome). Check out online for good ergonomics for typing (or email me for more info) and also some gentle stretches (strong stretches don't work for CTS). You might also seeing a good bodyworker/massage therapist who has experience treating CTS. Chiropractic can also help.

Strained writ, most likely. Don;t use it much for a day, put ice in a plastic bag, ten minutes on and ten minuites off where the pain is. Ivce for a few hours. Try to not bend it for 1/2 day.

Go to your doctor you probably getting carpal tunnel syndrome. Do you type alot? try this hold your hands down and press them together so the palms are facing out and if you feel little tingly going down to your fingers you probably should see a doctor for carpal tunnel. Hope you ok.

Sounds like it might be carpal tunnel...look up your symptoms on web.MD. If you do have it, there are stretches you can do to relief that pain, search for wrist and arm stretches and go from there. You might want to make sure you are using good posture while typing too.

You may have strained a muscle. Or sprained it. you should go and have it checked out. Also rub it down with ben gay and wrap it up.
