I will some how and some way in my life time, I'll get to mars even if i have to build a rocket myself and do it, but yes very soon someone will do it because N.A.S.A. is not up to the challenge any more, so mankind must do it them selves.

It is not a matter of if a human will ever go. The question is when. We know we can go to Mars. It just means spending 7 months in space which we do now in the International space station and then being able to get back. There are many ways of doing that. Send a tanker or two following the lift off of the Human craft to refuel for the ride home. But the plan is a little bigger then that. We want to make a base on Mars. So Water is needed. It is the base of most every thing. We need it for drinking, making plants grow for food, we can use it to make hydrogen and oxigen do use for fuel and for breathing. But yes humans will go if for nothing but to say we have been there. We need to work on a faster way to travel before we can go any where else. Or we will just have to go one jump at a time. When we make it to Mars then we go from there to the next planet and so on. But no way at todays time more then one planet at a time.

Highly unlikely. Over the centuries, your planet was a curious place to visit once or twice and was not considered very interesting . Sure, your wars showed us how undeveloped you are as a species and your infantile,(in cosmic terms) dependence on god concepts does not bode well for you. We are now showing an interest in you because it is not often that we get to observe a species commit suicide. You are so close to maturing as a sentient species and it will be a shame to see you kill yourselves. There are just not enough of you becoming rational enough to force the issue. You let the least among you determine your fate, so be it.

IF we can find a means of propulsion other than chemical propulsion, yes. However, the travel time of that spacecraft moving at rel atavistic speeds may only be 50 or 100 years for those on board, depending on its speed. Those remaining earthbound would long be dead (by a factor of 1000s of years, or even millions of years) before that ship ever returned or radioed a signal. Pretty much a one-way trip.

No; by the time people from Earth go to Mars, we will evolve into Homo Superior and there won't be any mere 'human beings' any more. And they will probably just call themselves Martians, instead of 'human'.

I think the survival of the human race will depend upon colonizing new worlds. I think we'll make it. Moon, Mars and then the stars
