Slam on the breaks, sit down on the horn, and flip 'em the bird. Your scenario needs more detail; how fast are you going? Is there on coming traffic? Is the car pulling out pulling all the way across the road or into your lane? Is there a shoulder? That sort of thing.

That exact thing happened to me about a week ago this little old pulled out of a gas station in front of me I jerked the wheel to go around her missing her by several inches. If she had been 3-5 seconds later pulling out I would of hit her whole drivers side.I
say that our angels were watching over us that day.

get out of their way. Hopefully, there would be no oncoming traffic and I could swerve into the other lane. Certainly I'd slam on my brakes, and more than likely, I'd be very upset.

depends...if their vehicle is smaller than mine just run their a$$ over it would be their fault anyways...now it was bigger and more chances of me getting hurt then swerve off the road to the right to avoid them
