i won the money, everybody paid but my friend, he told me he will pay me on the next game, on the next game he pay the entry fee but forgot to pay me, after he lose he told me he will pay me next game, its only $20 dlls but i feel like since we are friends he think he dont have to pay me, how can i collect without being rude...

Well I have had this problem, so the next time you play with him leave your money in the car and don't say anything! Then as everyone is buying in say to him Oh Dude can you buy me in I left my wallet in the car? and if he says anything just respond by saying hey don't you owe me $20 bucks anyways? And if that does not work then you need to be blunt and just ask!
A way to ask is to say something like hey man in a jokily way its not fun to play with you cause you never pay up.

Joe when you play cards its like business at the end of the game everybody pays there bill and squares away if your buddy is in debt to you, then dont do business with him until he pays his debt . Next game just tell him buddy.... you cant play till you square your bill with me he will get embarrassed and might get a little loud but at the end of the night he will forget it .

jus start a convo and be like oo yea dude u got my 20 bills and then make up some bullshit reason why u need it or be like okay u said u would pay me so its only fair that u do and have him pay you

Quit worrying about 20 dollars its nothing give your friend some slack if you worry about every 20 dollars you will never have any fun!

go to lunch order alot of crap and then say oh my I forgot my wallet I will pay you back and then don't or....ask to barrow $ 20.00 than in a week so oh I was going to pay u back but I will just keep that for the $ 20.00 you owe me and then say right and shake your head yes at the same time he will think your just asking...I've done it to people who owe me it works everythime.
