in case you have domicile windows XP with provider %. 2 you are able to have the domicile windows pop up blocker enabled - you are able to turn this off by utilising going to strategies and then pop-up-blocker in case you have became this off already and you have no longer have been given any toolbars put in (including yahoo) with a pop up blocker i'd examine your taskbar (section down by utilising the clock) to confirm you have no longer have been given any application working which could block pop-ups.
