It depends what you mean.

Most Jews died *in* Poland because that's where most of the death camps were and people were imported from elsewhere to be murdered.

If you mean which country lost more Jewish citizens, the Germans themselves reckoned there were more Jews in Russia and did their best to murder the lot. See the Wannsee Conference.

A good proportion of German and Austrian Jews emigrated which they still could. Also, the Nazis were delaying action against Jews married to Germans and Austrians until after the war, a distinction they didn't usually bother with elsewhere.

The whole of Poland was under Nazi control longest, but the matter of who lost most citizens is complicated by shifting boundries. Lithuania was declared free of Jews and at the time it was part of Soviet Russian.

You see the problem?

Depends upon how you interpret the question. Where were they from or which death camp killed the most and where was the camp located.

I was going to read through the source below, but kept getting angrier and angrier--like when i watch the "Why We Fight" episode of Band of Brothers. Sorry. But it looks to be a good source.
